With Ann Summers you can work as Much or as little as you want ? This will be your own Business, so you can ! Of course, the more you do the more you will earn.

Does it cost anything to get started?

The answer is No, you will get £500 worth of Ann Summers kit to get you started. This will be rented to you @ £3.50 per week for 32 weeks or until you have banked £1200 on your account, most Party Organisers achieve this in the first 6 weeks.
(note: if you leave you need to return the same value of kit to Ann Summers)

How much will I Earn?

You will Earn 23% of your Party Sales and £30% on any other sales outside of Parties, Which also means you get 30% discount on anything you Buy for yourself ! The average sales at an Ann Summers party is about £250, which would mean you earn £57 and £500 sales would be £114 Not bad for a couple of hours work ! (Commission Based)

Do I need to attend meetings etc?

Unit Meetings are held once a month. They are fun and informative and designed to help you. You will meet the rest of the team, exchange ideas and advice, and receive recognition and rewards. Part or your Ann Summers Agreement is that you phone your Unit Manger once a week to report your sales and bookings, This is Important! and is done on a pre determined day and time slot.

Can i become a Unit Organiser and achieve a company car?

Yes, once you have attended the Ann Summers training courses and you have the required no of bookings and have recruited the required no of recruits you can become a Unit Organiser and go on to achieve a company car. As a Ann Summers Unit Organiser, you'll also earn a percentage of your Party Organisers sales too !

How do I get my Parties?

Start off doing an Ann Summers party at home, invite all your Friends, Family and Neighbours etc. You should try to get at least 2 party bookings from each party. You can also advertise in shop windows, store canvassing, internet sites like facebook are free, local papers etc.

I will sign you up and take you on a couple of training parties, once you have the required party bookings I'll issue you with your Ann Summers Kit ! As your Unit Manager I will give you all the backup support you will need to make it a sucsess. You could be doing your own Ann Summers parties in the next couple of weeks
